Okay, when you hear Poles talk togehter, it sounds like they disagree on everything. Everybody has their own opinion. Super! I will connect to that. This is great. They don't expect you to be as them.
But, there are other premisses, deeper down.
What premisses. I go far away, to Australia, to Kattegat, the sea between Sweden and Danmark, to Greenland, to Los Angeles, their they cannot at all understand Polish way of talking.
For the subjects are for them totally far out.
Local speech. Polish people does local speech. Narrow minded.
Mr. Charles Narrow Minded lives i Wolverhampton, near Birmingham, his favorite team is Aston Villa, he knows the Norwegian football player John Carew, ex Vålerenga, Norway, Oslo, so he has got to know Norwegian fooball quite well.
Polish football is not good now, that is terrible for the Poles, he came to Krakow once, trying to speak with people, especially girls, at pubs.
A wanker, I call him, for he can't listen to other people, he seems suicidal.
If speech is not his way, he can't talk. Sorry, mate.

This is narrow minded speech. His brother Emerald Narrow Minded jr. went to Oxford once, but the two brothers can't talk any more, Charles is working for the yankee dollar, in business. Finance.
The same way in Poland, the Poles don't like Russians. Narrow minded talking thing.

I can speak about Russian literature, making myself a suspect in Poland.
